I’ve been down, I’ve been out
I did it all on my own
Seems growing up
Didn’t take long
I feel strange, I feel good
I feel better with you
You’ve changed, you should
Cause I think I did too

Made my mistakes
I did a few things right
But it will take what it will take
Baby, that’s life
You cannot change what you do not own
Everybody knows
But if you live deep and love strong
You get pretty damn close

It moves fast and it scares me
I close my eyes, oh but I still see

I’m fading in and out
What are you supposed to do save me know
From all of this danger you don’t know how
And I’ll find my way out
When I’m in the red
Listening to strangers inside my head
The darkening angels beneath the bed
I still see everything you said
Crimson in red

I shake and I smile
Cause you said
Baby girl, it may take a while, but take the good from the bad
And never minds are never sure, so never leave them wanting more
What are you waiting for
How you love is who you are

I dive in and I sink in
And I find new colors to think in

I’m fading in and out
What are you supposed to do save me know
From all of this danger you don’t know how
And I’ll find my way out
When I’m in the red
Listening to strangers inside my head
The darkening angels beneath the bed
I still see everything you said
Crimson in red

In the distance is a line defining where I’ve been
Rhe state I’m in
And ever since it began to slip from my two hands I’ve been
Taunting fires, touching wires, been believing liars
Everything they said
Painted in red
Painted in red
Painted in red

I am fading in and out
What are you gonna do save me know
From all of this danger you don’t know how
I’ll find my way out
When I’m in the red
Listening to strangers inside my head
The darkening angels beneath the bed
I still see what you said

What are you gonna do
No way for you to save me
What are you gonna do
Everything that you gave me
Is painted in red

This darkness has deafen me, Lord
The noise blinding me from your light
Waiting to see You loud and clear
To make a joyous sound to Your ear

But now on this mountain top
In this quietness
I see the song You want me to sing
The song of stillness

You are the Song of Songs, Oh Lord
I long to be in tune with You
Your timing more perfect than a metronome
You always hear my call
You’re not in the fire or storm
So help me mute this noise
This is my song and prayer to You
I love You, You’re the perfect Ear

This is the clock upon the wall
This is the story of us all
This is the first sound of a newborn child,
Before he starts to crawl
This is the war that’s never won
This is a soldier and his gun
This is the mother waiting by the phone,
Praying for her son

[Chorus]
Pictures of you, pictures of me
Hung upon your wall for the world to see
Pictures of you, pictures of me
Remind us all of what we used to be

There is a drug that cures it all
Blocked by the governmental wall
We are the scientists inside the lab,
Just waiting for the call
This earthquake weather has got me shaking inside
I’m high up and dry

[Chorus]

Confess to me, every secret moment
Every stolen promise you believed
Confess to me, all that lies between us
All that lies between you and me

We are the boxers in the ring
We are the bells that never sing
There is a title we can’t win no matter
How hard we might swing

[Chorus]

[Chorus Repeat]

There comes a time when we hear a certain call
When the world must come together as one
There are people dying
and it’s time to lend a hand to life
There greatest gift of all

We can’t go on pretending day by day
That someone, somewhere will soon make a change
We are all a part of God’s great big family
And the truth, you know,
Love is all we need

[Chorus:]
We are the world, we are the children
We are the ones who make a brighter day
So let’s start giving
There’s a choice we’re making
We’re saving our own lives
it’s true we’ll make a better day
Just you and me

Send them your heart so they’ll know that someone cares
And their lives will be stronger and free
As God has shown us by turning stones to bread
So we all must lend a helping hand

[Chorus]

When you’re down and out, there seems no hope at all
But if you just believe there’s no way we can fall
Let us realize that a change can only come
When we stand together as one

[Chorus]

Woe to the Obstinate Nation

1 “Woe to the obstinate children,”
declares the LORD,
“to those who carry out plans that are not mine,
forming an alliance, but not by my Spirit,
heaping sin upon sin;

2 who go down to Egypt
without consulting me;
who look for help to Pharaoh’s protection,
to Egypt’s shade for refuge.

3 But Pharaoh’s protection will be to your shame,
Egypt’s shade will bring you disgrace.

4 Though they have officials in Zoan
and their envoys have arrived in Hanes,

5 everyone will be put to shame
because of a people useless to them,
who bring neither help nor advantage,
but only shame and disgrace.”

6 An oracle concerning the animals of the Negev:
Through a land of hardship and distress,
of lions and lionesses,
of adders and darting snakes,
the envoys carry their riches on donkeys’ backs,
their treasures on the humps of camels,
to that unprofitable nation,

7 to Egypt, whose help is utterly useless.
Therefore I call her
Rahab the Do-Nothing.

8 Go now, write it on a tablet for them,
inscribe it on a scroll,
that for the days to come
it may be an everlasting witness.

9 These are rebellious people, deceitful children,
children unwilling to listen to the LORD’s instruction.

10 They say to the seers,
“See no more visions!”
and to the prophets,
“Give us no more visions of what is right!
Tell us pleasant things,
prophesy illusions.

11 Leave this way,
get off this path,
and stop confronting us
with the Holy One of Israel!”

12 Therefore, this is what the Holy One of Israel says:
“Because you have rejected this message,
relied on oppression
and depended on deceit,

13 this sin will become for you
like a high wall, cracked and bulging,
that collapses suddenly, in an instant.

14 It will break in pieces like pottery,
shattered so mercilessly
that among its pieces not a fragment will be found
for taking coals from a hearth
or scooping water out of a cistern.”

15 This is what the Sovereign LORD, the Holy One of Israel, says:
“In repentance and rest is your salvation,
in quietness and trust is your strength,
but you would have none of it.

16 You said, ‘No, we will flee on horses.’
Therefore you will flee!
You said, ‘We will ride off on swift horses.’
Therefore your pursuers will be swift!

17 A thousand will flee
at the threat of one;
at the threat of five
you will all flee away,
till you are left
like a flagstaff on a mountaintop,
like a banner on a hill.”

18 Yet the LORD longs to be gracious to you;
he rises to show you compassion.
For the LORD is a God of justice.
Blessed are all who wait for him!

19 O people of Zion, who live in Jerusalem, you will weep no more. How gracious he will be when you cry for help! As soon as he hears, he will answer you. 20 Although the Lord gives you the bread of adversity and the water of affliction, your teachers will be hidden no more; with your own eyes you will see them. 21 Whether you turn to the right or to the left, your ears will hear a voice behind you, saying, “This is the way; walk in it.” 22 Then you will defile your idols overlaid with silver and your images covered with gold; you will throw them away like a menstrual cloth and say to them, “Away with you!”

23 He will also send you rain for the seed you sow in the ground, and the food that comes from the land will be rich and plentiful. In that day your cattle will graze in broad meadows. 24 The oxen and donkeys that work the soil will eat fodder and mash, spread out with fork and shovel. 25 In the day of great slaughter, when the towers fall, streams of water will flow on every high mountain and every lofty hill. 26The moon will shine like the sun, and the sunlight will be seven times brighter, like the light of seven full days, when the LORD binds up the bruises of his people and heals the wounds he inflicted.

27 See, the Name of the LORD comes from afar,
with burning anger and dense clouds of smoke;
his lips are full of wrath,
and his tongue is a consuming fire.

28 His breath is like a rushing torrent,
rising up to the neck.
He shakes the nations in the sieve of destruction;
he places in the jaws of the peoples
a bit that leads them astray.

29 And you will sing
as on the night you celebrate a holy festival;
your hearts will rejoice
as when people go up with flutes
to the mountain of the LORD,
to the Rock of Israel.

30 The LORD will cause men to hear his majestic voice
and will make them see his arm coming down
with raging anger and consuming fire,
with cloudburst, thunderstorm and hail.

31 The voice of the LORD will shatter Assyria;
with his scepter he will strike them down.

32 Every stroke the LORD lays on them
with his punishing rod
will be to the music of tambourines and harps,
as he fights them in battle with the blows of his arm.

33 Topheth has long been prepared;
it has been made ready for the king.
Its fire pit has been made deep and wide,
with an abundance of fire and wood;
the breath of the LORD,
like a stream of burning sulfur,
sets it ablaze.

And so it goes another lonely day
Your savin time but your miles away
Your fly was drownin in some bitter tea
For seeing lost opportunity

Find your mirror go and look inside
And see the talent you always hide
Don’t go kidd yourself well not today
Satisfaction’s not to far away

Hold on now your exits here
It’s waiting just for you
Don’t pause too long
It’s fading now
It’s ending all too soon you’ll see

Soon you’ll see

Your coffee’s warm but your milk is sour
Life is short but your here to flower
Dream yourself along another day
Never miss opportunity

Don’t be scared of what you cannot see
Your only fear is possibility
Never wonder what the hell went wrong
Your second chance may never come along

Hold on now your exits here
It’s waiting just for you
Don’t pause too long
It’s fading now
It’s ending all too soon you’ll see

Soon you’ll see

Hold on now your exits here
It’s waiting just for you
Don’t pause too long
It’s fading now
It’s ending all too soon you’ll see

Soon you’ll see [x5]

You Think That Sophistication is Glamourous

You think that no one is born glamourous. Glamour is something that must be cultivated.

You respect people who are worldly and cosmopolitan. Even if people is not well traveled, they can at least to their best not to be provincial.

You are attracted to people who have a broad perspective on life and aren’t judgmental in the least.

You’d like to consider yourself one of these urbane people, though you can’t help but judge those who are narrow minded.

You Should Have Curly Hair

You are cheerful, outgoing, and downright bouncy. People find you to be very personable and real.

You are confident in your own skin, and you don’t feel like you have to fake anything.

You are very independent and unique. You wouldn’t like to look like every other person on the street.

People find that you’re honest, and it’s easy to trust you. Others expect you to be honest in all facets of your life.
